The DeKalb Animal Shelter is partnering with Animal Clinic of Smithville and FiNano to offer a Free Microchip Clinic for residents of DeKalb County.
-Owners will stay in the car
-Please have your dog secured on a properly fitting collar and leash
-All cats MUST be in carriers
-MUST have an email address to register the chip
